Day 1: Kigali City Tour & Cultural Experiences

Your driver-guide will pick you up from Kigali International Airport or your hotel in Kigali. After a short briefing, you will begin the day with a city tour of Kigali. Key stops include:

  • Kigali Genocide Memorial – a moving tribute to the victims of the 1994 genocide, offering insight into Rwanda’s history and resilience.

  • Kimironko Market – Kigali’s largest local market, where you’ll experience the vibrant life of Rwandans, see fresh produce, crafts, and interact with local vendors.
